My Story

I moved from Stara Zagora to Varna to study at university and I decided to find a job as well. In 2020, after a lot of research, one of my closest people encouraged me to apply at Pontica. I took that step and here I am today, 3 years later, holding a management position and working with some of the most amazing people I've ever met!

Pontica taught me a lot. At the beginning, I started working as a Specialist, I was not familiar with the outsourcing field and did not know what to expect. Here I learned what it's like to work in a team with many different people, in a dynamic environment that is constantly changing. In this way, I was able to develop many personal as well as professional qualities that have brought me to where I am now. I would never regret the choice I made 3 years ago, and I am grateful to Pontica for all the opportunities, support, and friendships it has given me.
