For a couple of years, I’ve been working in the outsourcing industry as a Customer Support Specialist with English. Just before joining Pontica, I got married and had a 3 months break from any kind of jobs, then I started searching. I asked a couple of friends and one of them told me that a project (Stuart Delivery) I used to work for in my previous company, has been moved to Pontica, which was enough for me to jump in and start working from the first day. For about less than 6 months as a Customer Support I got the chance to join the QA department which was my first step to success in the company.
Helping others keeps me on track and is my motivation every day. What I really want is love and happiness all over the world. It all depends on us, just be kind.
After work I spend most of my time with my wife and friends, playing games such as Scrabble, Monopoly, Uno etc. I have a passion for aquariums. I have a couple of aquariums (15 to be exact). Also, what I really enjoy is camping and fishing with friends and family.
