My Story

Initially I started working in IT as a way to support myself while studying at The National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia, where I was pursuing a path toward becoming a film director. Over time, however, I developed a genuine interest in the IT field and decided to continue growing in this direction. In many
ways, the two fields are quite similar – both require creativity and constantly finding new ways to solve problems.

Three years ago, I joined Pontica, where I’ve had the opportunity to build my skills and gain valuable experience. Outside of work, I stay connected to my creative roots I direct advertisements and music videos in my free time, combining my technical background with my passion for visual storytelling.

Describe Pontica with one word. – Collaborative 🤝

What do you love the most about your job? – I enjoy optimizing systems and automating workflows. There’s something very satisfying about turning complex, manual processes into efficient solutions. ✅

What is your favorite Pontica-related memory? – Losing my two-week-old glasses during the last team building 😄
