My previous experience was mainly in the Tourism Industry. I have studied Tourism at the University of Economics, Varna, and later decided to continue with my master’s degree in the United Kingdom by studying Hospitality and Tourism Management. In the meantime, I worked in some of the biggest German travel agencies in Bulgaria and abroad. This way I was able to combine my passion for traveling with work opportunities.
Sadly, nearly 2 years ago the pandemic started and changed our lives. I had to finish my career in tourism and reorient to a different area. Not long after Pontica opened their first office in Varna and I ended up applying for a job as a Customer Support Representative. A little more than a year ago I started my journey here in Pontica. The project I work for is really complex and way different from what I had as an experience, but I found it very interesting and challenging. Since the beginning, I wanted to improve and develop my skills and knowledge and luckily, I was given the chance to grow and prove my capabilities.
My motivation is to always be as good as possible in everything I do. What inspires me, along with the work challenges, is also my team and the atmosphere at work. I do believe we are one small family, spending the greater part of our time together. I like the friendly atmosphere we have here and the various growth opportunities that Pontica provides.
In my spare time, I like to bake! I love not only eating desserts but also preparing them. Of course, when the weather is nice and sunny, I love to go out for a walk. And nevertheless, I love my cats!
