My Story

I joined Pontica in November 2020 when I lived in Varna. A friend of mine referred me and everything happened pretty quickly. I had an interview and later that day I signed my contract and joined the amazing team. At first, I started as a customer support specialist with chats and emails, and later I was moved to the admin team. The team is undergoing changes frequently and this makes us all happy because it gives us the opportunity to improve ourselves.

My Motivation

Even though I work mainly from home, I can say my colleagues are great and my shift leads and supervisors are always there to help me. Everyone is understanding and I believe I have never had any bad experiences. This motivates me to continue to give my best and grow together with my team.

Outside of Pontica I am a professional folklore dancer. Also, with the help and understanding of my supervisors I am able to keep a good and healthy balance between both of my jobs. This is what I am most happy about.
