My Story

Back in 2021, when the Varna office had just opened, I was immediately drawn to the opportunity to be part of something new and full of potential. I saw it as a chance not only to grow professionally but also to contribute meaningfully to the company’s journey from the very beginning. I was so motivated by this vision that I applied twice, because I truly believed in the direction the company was heading and wanted to be part of building that future.

After joining, I spent six months in a back office team, where I gained a solid understanding of the company’s operations and culture. Then, I transitioned into the training department, where I’ve now spent the past four years. It’s been incredibly rewarding to support specialists in developing their skills and reaching their potential. Helping others grow and succeed has become a core part of what drives me professionally.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, walking by the sea, and traveling.

What do you love the most about your job? – The opportunity to support and empower others in their growth. I also enjoy the chance to meet and work with a wide variety of people, each with different perspectives, experiences, and strengths. ✨
