“Do it with passion, or not at all.”
After resigning from the first BPO company I worked for back in 2019, I took a job in retail to confirm that my true passion lies in the BPO industry, which led me to start my journey at Pontica in the beginning of 2021. Over the past three years, I have steadily advanced within the company and now hold the position of Operations Manager for one of our key accounts. This role has provided me with numerous opportunities for personal growth and development, and I take great satisfaction in sharing my knowledge and helping my colleagues advance in their careers.
Outside of work, I enjoy sports, reading (though I don’t have much time for it), and social events. However, most of my free time is spent on sports and ensuring I get enough sleep, which seems to be a hallmark of adulthood I guess.

What do you love the most about your job? – I have the opportunity to work with many different people and cultures and constantly grow and develop my own skills and potential 🚀
