My Pontica story began two years ago when I decided to significantly change my professional and personal journey. Before Pontica, I spent five years working in a different BPO in Sofia, Bulgaria, and before that, I lived in the USA for some time, enriching my life with diverse experiences.
The decision to join Pontica came at a pivotal moment in my life. I was eager to relocate back to my hometown, Burgas, and Pontica presented the perfect opportunity as they were just about to open an office there. Without hesitation, I applied and within a few weeks, I found myself stepping into the role of Supervisor for an account that is a leading company in performing background checks worldwide. Currently, I hold the position of Team Manager for the same project, overseeing a team of talented individuals and ensuring the smooth operation of our operations.
Beyond the office walls, I love hanging out with friends, hiking, and playing board games. As for a hobby, every other morning I play Disc Golf, a sport that I’ve been actively involved in popularizing in Bulgaria for the past year.
