My Story

My role as a Training Coordinatior at Pontica has little to do with my previous experience. I worked in a bank for a long time, then left my home country to live in France. Despite some challenging moments, I’m more than happy to say that I managed to achieve my 5-year plan.

While in France, I started missing my family a lot, so I decided to return to Sofia. One thing led to another and in 2025 I joined Pontica because it provided the perfect opportunity to practice my French while growing my career at the same time. Fast forward to today, I am more than happy to be part of such a supportive team and positive environment.

When I’m not at work, I love to travel, play sports and spend time with my family and friends.

What do you love the most about your job? – Call me crazy, but I like the “problem solving” part of my job and I love my team 💙

What is your favorite Pontica-related memory? – Pontica’s 10-year anniversary party, where we had so much fun together 🎊
