My Story

I joined Pontica in April 2025. With a background that ranges from site management in construction, through seven years of software sales for the Swiss market, to co‑founding a drone startup where I handled engineering and sales, I was looking for a new challenge – one that would push me to learn quickly while letting me contribute across different areas.

In July 2025, I was promoted to Junior Supervisor, and six months later to Supervisor. One of the things I’m most proud of is building and training a strong, dedicated team that truly works like a group of friends – something that’s not very common and means a lot to me. I also focused on learning the workflow end to end as quickly as possible, so I can step in and help wherever needed.

Outside of work, I’m a tech enthusiast at heart. I like playing with AI, robots, drones, computers, and 3D modeling and 3D printing. When I need a break from technology, I’m usually outdoors mountain biking, kayaking or occasionally climbing.
