My Story

Believe it or not, before I started working at Pontica I was a graphic designer for a while, but then it turned out that this was not my dream job after all. I began looking for a career in other fields, and decided to search for offers in customer experience to get out of my comfort zone and have more frequent contact with people. This is how in November 2021 I got a job offer as a Customer Success Specialist, and a few months later I became a Junior Training Specialist.

My Motivation

I’m motivated by seeing the progress of the people I’ve had the opportunity to train. Knowing that I have contributed to someone’s development is one of the most rewarding things about my job. I’m also motivated by the opportunity to use my creativity to develop myself and others. It widens my horizons and expands my abilities not only as a professional but also as an individual.

After work, I usually play games with my friends. I also “play” at master chef as I am always improvising and excited to create something tasty. I like visiting nearby interesting places and I am also interested in photography, visual arts, video games and, honestly, bit of everything! It all depends on what really catches my attention at the moment.
