Dreams do come true for us at Pontica! Just in the span of a year, our new office in Varna has grown incredibly, with its current size reaching the impressive 260 Pontica colleagues.

Throughout this year, Pontica has proved to be one of the fastest growing companies operating in the BPO and ITO outsourcing sector in Eastern Europe. Additionally, the career opportunities that we offer to young and ambitious people have contributed to lowering the city’s unemployment rate for the past twelve months.
