Despite the economic difficulties arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, we at Pontica Solutions have continued to grow our operations. 2020 has been incredibly successful for us so far as we have managed to build more sustainable and reliable partnerships with new clients. With this, the need for more diversification of our locations and teams came about which led to the the strategic decision to open our second office in Varna, Bulgaria.
September 10th marked the official start of a new journey – we officially opened our brand new office in Varna, where we successfully hired and onboarded 100+ people in a short period of 3 months. The city's strategic location, large pool of multilingual, young and talented people, and modern and innovative office architecture were some of the deciding factors for Pontica in taking a big step in the right direction.
