From energizing career engagements to pioneering business developments and meaningful CSR contributions, our efforts have reinforced our dedication to driving progress and enhancing connections.
Continuing our commitment to sustainability under our #wesupportthePLANET vertical, we undertook significant environmental initiatives. In Sofia, we dedicated efforts to restoring bird aviaries and cleaning National Park Vitosha. Meanwhile, in Varna, we cleaned up Karantinata Beach, promoting environmental stewardship and community involvement. It was heartwarming to see colleagues, along with their families and friends, join us, strengthening our team bond and emphasizing the importance of community.
In April, we continued our support for the Caps for Future initiative in Sofia. Embracing our #wesupportthePLANET vertical, we gathered plastic bottle caps to contribute to a brighter future. At the end of the month, in honour of World Earth Day, we extended our efforts to Varna and Burgas, collecting caps to help purchase children's ambulances. Every cap collected is a step towards a healthier planet and a brighter future for our communities.
In June, Pontica proudly supported the Music Festival (Fête de la Musique) organized by Alliance Française de Varna. For years, we’ve been a dedicated partner in this vibrant celebration of music’s universal language. This year’s festival featured lively performances that brought the Varna community together, showcasing the joy and unity music can create.

April was a bustling month as Pontica hit the road to discover the brightest talents across Bulgaria. We participated in Career Days Varna, as well as the AIBEST Roadshows in Veliko Tarnovo and Burgas.
