Q2 2025 Recap: A Season of Growth, Innovation, and Community Engagement

Q2 2025 has been a vibrant quarter full of growth, community, and industry engagement. From supporting youth initiatives and celebrating cultural diversity to connecting with future talent and participating in top industry conferences, we’ve continued to strengthen our impact and build meaningful relationships.

Here’s a look back at the highlights that made this quarter extraordinary.

Supporting The Community & Giving Back

We continued our commitment to youth development by supporting our long-standing partners IV Language High School “Frédéric Joliot-Curie” – Varna in the Ivan Ivanov National Translation Competition, organised together with the Association of Translators in Bulgaria.

We also had the pleasure of hosting a workshop at our Varna office on the topic: “Trust-Building Communication.” Organized in collaboration with Ucha.se and as part of the educational group of ICT Cluster – Varna, the session welcomed school principals eager to strengthen their leadership through emotional intelligence and effective communication. The workshop was facilitated by Yoanna Dimova, our Head of Talent, and Nikolay Zheynov, Co-founder of Ucha.se and Eduboom, who guided participants through practical tools and meaningful discussions on empathy, active listening, and building genuine connections.

Last but not least, our teams in Sofia, Varna and Burgas participated in environmental initiatives, including plantings and outdoor space renovations during Community Day, reinforcing our dedication to sustainability.

Connecting With Future Talent

In June, we took part not in one, but in two inspiring events in Sofia and Paris, organized by our partners BULGARIA WANTS YOU. We had the pleasure of connecting with hundreds of driven professionals, engaging in inspiring conversations and sharing the exciting career opportunities and people-first culture that drive us forward.

Building Stronger Connections

Our CEOs, Ivan Georgiev and Evgeni Borisov, participated in several major industry gatherings: Viva Technology in Paris, Money20/20 Europe in Amsterdam, and the Tomorrow Redefined Conference. These events provided valuable insights into AI, fintech trends, and operational excellence, helping us stay at the forefront of digital transformation.

We were also thrilled to participate in the Contact Centre Summit in Madrid in May. This premier industry event brought together leaders to explore the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in customer experience and contact centre operations. We look forward to sharing insights from the event and continuing our commitment to excellence—stay tuned for more updates!

Team Moments That Matter

We believe teamwork and fun are essential. This quarter, we hosted our popular Meet-Up Fridays with mini burgers and waffles, giving our team a chance to unwind and connect outside work.

We also organized Pontica Culture Quest — an engaging office scavenger hunt where teammates solved riddles, followed clues, and collected all five hidden value stickers. It’s a great way to strengthen collaboration and celebrate our core values.
