Two of Pontica Solutions' teams won a Stevie® Award for Customer Service Department of the Year

Two of our teams won Silver at the 2022 Stevie® Awards for the category Customer Service Department of the Year.

We aexcited to share that for another consecutive year we were granted with a Stevie Award. Pontica’s Stuart team was honored with a Silver statue in the Airlines, Distribution & Transportation category, while Elvie’s team won a Silver Stevie Award for the Retail category.

Stuart is a last-mile delivery platform that revolutionizes the way goods are transported in cities. Currently, Stuart is our biggest project with more than 300 colleagues who work from our 3 office locations. Elvie, on the other hand, specializes in FemTech. The health and lifestyle brand which is developing smarter technology for women was recognized for its improved Customer Experience. We are proud that both were recognized among organizations from around the world for their Customer Service departments in the 16th annual edition of the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The Stevie® business awards honor the accomplishments of contact center, customer experience and service business development and sales professionals around the globe, with the winners being selected among more than 2,300 nominations from various organizations and determined by the votes of more than 150 renowned experts worldwide.
